- Open hour –your child’s chance to show you around their school. Have a look around school, at the classrooms, displays and outdoor areas – Monday 24th May 3pm-4pm
There will be many more opportunities for you to come into school over the year, depending on which Key Stage your child is in and what events we may have as part of the topic.

During periods of sever weather conditions there may be school closures or disruption to your child’s home to school transport.
1 The school’s website will post any school closures {www.stmichaelcofeschool.co.uk} please check.
2. Listen to the Local Radio Stations – Radio Newcastle 95.4fm and Metro Radio 97.1fm.
3. Parents/ carers of bus/taxi children will need to be aware that your child may be sent home early if the transport section need to do so, { we telephone those parents before we send them on the transport}.
4. Please make sure school has all your up to date mobile/ telephone numbers.
